| • Log into MonitorCast • Mouse over the Hardware tab • Click Hardware Config • Navigate through the left tree down to the Reader that has the Keypad • Click on the Reader in the left tree • In the main window, click Advanced Reader Settings (will expand settings) • Use the drop down next to Reader Keypad Mode to select desired keypad type • Click Save • Mouseover Controller in left tree and click the options button to the right of the controller • Click Reset Controller to push new information to the controller • Once reset is complete have customer use keypad and should receive multiple tones after inputting key code. Multiple tones indicate that keypad is integrated. • If multiple tones are not outputted use a different keypad type and reset |
